All recipes referenced in this 4-week keto meal plan can be found in The Essential Keto Cookbook.

1 batch means to make the recipe as is. 2 batches means to double the recipe. 1/2 batch means to halve the recipe.

This meal plan is designed for 2 people, but you can scale it up or down to suit your needs.

The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but if you choose to do intermittent fasting, then you can increase the amount you eat at another meal. On some days, there’s also prep involved (mostly to make food in the slow cooker to cook during the night).
