• Air cabin crew members provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.

• Before boarding passengers, cabin crew members check all safety equipment on the plane (lifejackets, masks oxygen, etc.)

• Once boarding is allowed, they welcome passengers, direct them to their seat and pay particular attention to young unaccompanied children or people with reduced mobility.

The Check In Agent is a commercial of the airline.From the registration of the passengers and their baggage to their boarding, the station manager manages the whole customer relationship during the stopover time (the time during which the plane is on the ground). It is therefore a key element of the terminal because it is in direct contact with the passengers, the crew of the aircraft, but also the various services (security, hotels, etc.)
