Hermes is open-source and open-standards based. Why isn’t it so widely adopted by SMEs?

Because of complexity. SMEs don’t have technical expertise to use open-source software.

They need technology as simple as FAX.

We developed B2B Connector Internet Appliance based on Hermes to address this problem.
