Smart Pulse Survey – 2016 (Praja Sadhikara Survey) training programme was conducted on 23.06.2016

Government of Andhra Pradesh planned to implement Smart Pulse Survey (Praja Sadhikara Survey) which is intended to survey every individual of the state to frame Unique people hub, Aadhar Seeding, Providing bank account for all, Providing Chandranna Bheema to employees of unorganised sector, Issue of Unique number to every household etc. In this regard training programme was organised to train 2 Master trainers from Proddatur Municipality and 1 Master trainer from Mandal level. Building Penalization Scheme (BPS): The Andhra Pradesh Regulation and Penalization of unauthorizedly constructed buildings and buildings constructed in deviation of the Sanctioned Plan Rules, 2015 To penalize the buildings constructed unauthorizedly and in deviation to sanctioned plan as on 31.12.2014.

Objectives of Present Building Penalization Scheme:

o To penalize every building constructed unauthorized or in deviation of the sanctioned plan.

o To bring all unauthorised constructions into planning fold. o To provide an opportunity to the owners of the buildings to regulate their

unauthorised constructions and deviations or face stringent enforcement action.
