How It Works

• Create invoices– Use with ePNInventory to track product purchases– Option to download from ePNPlugIn

• Email notices to customers– Includes link to a secure ePN Order Form

• Customer clicks on link to pay– Email notification to merchant

Merchant logs into Merchant Support Center; Selects ePNBillPay from dropdown

menu

Settings Tab• Set 1st Invoice Number Sequence

• Add Automatic Tax Rate• Enter URL To Display Merchant’s Logo

Create New Invoice

View Open/Paid/Voided/All Invoices

•Set Due Date

•Enter Bill To/Ship To Info

•Manually key or select product from ePNInventory list

•Add Sales Tax (optional)

•Enter PO number, customer’s email, etc.

From ePNPlugIn Control Panel, select “Upload to ePNBillPay”

1. Select “Get Open Invoices” to display QB invoices yet unpaid

2. Select “Upload Selected to ePNBillPay” for the ones you wish to email to customers
