6-1. Bidding

In the status field search quotation requests that are in the "Opened" mode. Then click the Quotation request NO.

"Opened" mode

1. Quotation Type (1) Price oriented RA : suppliers can tender a price that is lower than the lowest price of the auction . (2) General/2nd price/Ranking RA : Suppliers need to tender a lower price than their current lowest bid 2. Bidding Rules. (1)Suppliers who registered Participation "Yes" can bid. (2)Suppliers can tender an unlimited number of bids if the tender conditions are met. (3)It is not possible to register a price higher than the starting price. (Same bid price as the starting price can be registered.) 3. Automatic Extension of End Time (1)For quotations with "Yes" as the Automatic extension designation a bid within 10 minutes prior to the Close automatically extends the quotation closing time for 10 minutes. Maximum extension period is 2 hours.

6-2. Registration of the Bid

Bid price cannot be revised after registration.

Conditions of the bid.

Check conditions of the bid, enter the price and click the Bid button.

Reconfirm the price and click "OK" if there are no input errors .

You can register comments and attach up to 5 files (maximum capacity of 1MB each).

6-3. Checking the Current Status of the Auction

If you have successfully entered and registered, the price will be reflected in the bid history.

If the automatic extension option has been chosen the auction is extended 10 minutes.

The company with the lowest bid price appears in this window as ‘anonymous’.

Bid history displayed on upper right part of screen.

This area is refreshed automatically every minute or when the "Refresh" button is pushed.

Upon completion of the Auction the status changes from "Opened" to "Closed" mode.
