What is included:  In house instructor training in the following courses we offer:

Microblading, Micropigmentation Level 1, Micropigmentation Level 2, Paramedical

Micropigmentation, Scalp Micropigmentation, Lash Extensions Level 1, Lash Extensions Level

2, Laser Technician Levels 1 and 2, Optional Thai Massage: Total Value in course training

$24,950 per person.  Depending on your proposed staff we can train upto 4 people in the

initial training process:  Total Value: $99,800 CAD in Course fees included for $90,000.00

investment.

 Profit Sharing Model: After the initial investment financial split back to the company will

represent 50% of gross sales.  All registrations will be tracked and must be submitted to

head office for certificates to be released to students.

It has taken years for us to create our personalized curriculums and teaching methods. 

Primary School Facility/ Medi Spa:  JOINT VENTURE - BRONZE  Investment $90,000 CAD

What is included:  In house instructor training in the following courses we offer: Microblading,

Micropigmentation Level 1, Micropigmentation Level 2, Paramedical Micropigmentation, Scalp

Micropigmentation, Lash Extensions Level 1, Lash Extensions Level 2, Laser Technician Levels 1

and 2, Optional Thai Massage: Total Value in course training $24,950 per person.  Depending on

your proposed staff we can train upto 4 people in the initial training process:  All equipment and

supplies including medical grade lasers will be owned by the GOLD Joint Venture owner 

Total Value: $250,000 CAD for $190,000.00 investment.

 Profit Sharing Model: After the initial investment financial split back to the company will

represent 30% of gross sales.  All registrations will be tracked and must be submitted to head

office for certificates to be released to students.

Understanding the profit sharing agreement. It is crucial that before any investment, the

investor understands the value of what is offered.  Due to the highly structured and fool

proof marketing /business strategies we have created we know how to succeed. When you

partner with Eternal Beauty you are entering into a partnership of mutual success.  It has

taken over 12 years to create our infrastructure, curriculum and business model.  It is not

something that is easily duplicated. Corporately we could systematically open up schools

continually from corporate head office and run them remotely through a management

team; but we know that no one runs a business better than an owner operator.  This is

where you come in! Imagine being the president of your own Eternal Beauty company! The

passion that comes from ownership can not be duplicated by even the best managers.  So

we are extending our vision to include a handful of carefully selected individuals to create

an empire together!

There will be increasing opportunities through our Youtube Channel, Collective Community

involvement, possible network shows as we grow together the sky is the limit!!!

The value to the profit sharing partner is the access to our knowledge and our ability to

create a tried and true business model for success! Monies that are collected through

profit share will be funneled into online and targeted branding that will be focused on

elevating the entire Eternal Beauty Branding. As we add to our portfolio  - we will continue

to pass these revenue streams onto our regional profit sharing partners.

SEO and Internet marketing stratagies: again we will have our in house team come for a portion of time and have them deadicated to boosting the kick off to your beauty school/spa location and launch! 

Interviewing the staff and creating a cohesiveteam environment that will foster postive energy and profitabilty.  Post grand opening stage we would come to check in on the progress of training facilties and medispa and provide ongoing support for your Eternal Beauty Location!

Cost would include: travel time, accomadation for the staff and start up team. Keep in mind that we own distribution houses that we would provide you in equipment and spa supplies at our real cost with no mark-up.  This alone will save you thousands on set up.

T H E N E X T S T E P

Financial projections and in-depth strategic plans will be released to interested parties after non-

compete and credit checks have been completed.

Through Eternal Beauty's extensive infrastructure that we have carefully designed we will assist you

at opening a beautiful educational facility.  There are many options for spaces and how to work your

way up to a larger location over time.  The original investment will cover all equipment and materials

you will need to run your courses efficiently and effectively.

The next step is up to you! We don't want to down play the amount of hard work it will require to get

your training facility off the ground.  The blessing with this business model is that you can decide to

run as many courses as you like.  So if you are new to owning a business you can gradually work up to

fully engaging in course loads.

at the very least a monumental project that if handled correctly can be an investment for years to

come.  The founders of Eternal Beauty want to remain completely transparent in regards to the level

of commitment it will take to manage and run one of our flag ship locations.  It will be a full time job;

at least until you have an excellent managment team in place.
