Part 1. Detail instruction
1. Using a machine statement:
1). Machine Operation
The machine is developed for sealing, allowing only sealing purpose. Please pay
attention to the instruction of the load bearing capacity
Please clear all before using the machine.
2). In the following cases, the machine does not allow to be used, such as:
a). the protective cover is not in its position
b). the transfer roller in not in its position
c). the bottom of the machine unstable
3). The machine doesn’t allow to use in the area with the dangerous explosive.
4). Notice:
Clearly indicate, don’t wear bracelets, watches, rings, neckties, tapes etc. at work.
In order to avoid dangerous, the operators must wear the clothes which comply with
the safety requirements when they maintain and operate the machine.
2. the machine function
Artificial folding the carton cover, then the machine automatically seal both up and
down sides.
Note:
The carton must be located in middle of the machine when the machine seals the up
and down sides.
3. Tape
The Plane head can be applied to tape width from 48-72mm, the tape width can be
customized according to customer demand.
4. Carton Size (See Figure 1-1)
Notice
For the machine to work well, Please consider the carton size ( long, width and height)
and weight first.

Part 2. Preparation before the machine using
1. Pretreatment
Please check below after removing the machine from the packaging
1). Any parts fell off from the machine or not.
2). Remove the wrapping things around the machine
3). Check the machine model is right or not
4). We provide a number of small parts and a manual together with the machine.
5). Report to the manufacturer for the damage caused by the transportation.

3. Moving and positioning
Forklift forks the wallboard (Figure2-5), then remove the cork base. Please pay
attention when the forklifts fork the wallboard due to it has tape core and the motor at the
bottom of the machine. The machine must be placed in the enough large space, the space
distance from left side or right side should be 800mm.

4. Working position
At working ,the operator stand just right ahead away from the machine about 100mm(To be
comfortable operating the machine.)

5. Working height
The machine working height from 550mm to 820mm(from the rolling surface to the ground
surface). Put the connecting plate into the flex feet as shown figure 2-5. The flex feet can be
adjusted the height up or down. Use hexagonal screw to connect the fixed block and the
connection plate.

6. The method of changing tape at the bottom.
Change the tape at the bottom according to below steps: open the key chain see Figure
2-6(see marked 1). Pull the lift stem of the tape core (see marked 2), let the locking pin fall off
into the hole (see marked 3) so that the tape core shaft has been lifted. It is convenience to
change the tape.
7. The upper plane head installation
After preparation of the upper plane head, pull up the pull bar (see Figure 2-7 marked
4). The plane head put into the machine according to the arrow direction, Release the pull
bar when the hole which marked 2 and the pull bar are in one line so that the pull bar will be
in the hole. At the same time, the half hole which marked 1 will be above on the support
shaft which marked 3.

9. Connect power, motor and go into service
Notice:
Before connecting power, please check whether the power is off and without anything
on the workbench.
Confirmation before using:
1). Check the motor which meets the voltage or not.
2). Check the fastener which become loose or not.
3). Check the motor and electric equipment are dry or not, the insulation is good or not.
10. Debugging:
1). Check the machine works good or not after switching on the power supply in 2-5
minutes.
2). Shaking the handle of width adjustment to check the side power plant which can
move flexible or not.
3). Shaking the handle of height adjustment to check the conveyor tape device which
can move flexible or not.
4). Check the belt is running out of the side or not.
5). Adjust the degree of tightness of the belt.
6). Check the tape flows smooth or not in the tape core.
Notice:
The machine can only use onboard plug, please do not remove the plug.
1). Push the start button to start the machine.
To check the girdle which turns to the correct direction or not (transmission direction of
cartons), the transmission direction is marked by the arrow as shown in Figure 2-18. If the
machine with three-phase electric machine and the transmission direction is not correct,
please exchange the both ends of the plug.

Part 3. Setting
1. Pretreatment
Put the cartons which need seal on the roller way, then according to the different conditions to
set properly.
2. The machine operation

First, to start the power switch which marked 1 as shown Figure 3-1, to adjust the air pressure
regulator which marked 1 so that one finger can lift up the lift cylinder. Then put the carton to
suppress the pilot switch which marked 3, the deflector automatically grips the cartons to
correcting. Then push the carton into the down power belt, when the carton touches the lift
switch which marked 6, the plane head will lift, then to press the carton to complete the sealing
process.
3. Work cycle
1). Push the start button to start the machine
2). Manhandle the carton into the place of down power device, the down power belt
drives the carton along.

3). The upper and down side of the cartons which need seal are pressed and stick by
the up and down nip roller, it comes into being autoboxing.
4). Finished the autoboxing, the blade cuts the tape automatically.
Keep the machine automatic working, the process to finish sealing a carton is a
work cycle.
4. Maintenance machine steps
1). Stop machine.
2). Cut power.
3). Remove the sealer head.
4). Remove the other mechanism parts.
5). Remove the machine from the device.
6). Prepare for transporting the machine, fastening moving parts.
If the machine has to be scraped, please according to following process:
1). Take the protective devices down.
2). Classify the parts on different materials (metal, plastics, rubber etc), then go for
garbage classification.
5. Common problems and the solutions
3.5.1 The tape deviates from the center of the carton body: Adjust the position of the tape
(Figure 3-2)

3.5.2 The blade can’t cut the tape: It is easy to damage the carton if the blade placed too height
it is difficult to cut the tape if the blade placed too low. See Figure 3-3.
3.5.3 The tape can not been pressed through (the carton has not been pressed firmly.) : the
tape quality is not so good or the front idler wheel has been stuck.(Figure 3-3)

Part 4. Service
1. Daily maintenance work
It is good for the machine working better if you regularly check the screws. In addition, the
mechanism parts should be in a good state of lubrication because the sealing speed is fast and
the sealer should work 16 hours a day if it has large workload. The parts which the manual is
not listed you still should from time to time lubricate. It can extend the service life of the
machine.

2. Routine check and clean
1). Must check the screws of the every part of the machine loosen or not regularly.
2). Must lubricate the important parts regularly.
3). Keep the machine surface clean.
4). Keep the foreign bodies away from the blade.
5) Please lubricate the blade to protection if the machine is not be used for a long
time.
