Main St. Chambersburg, PA Dear Ms. Varner, As a continuation of our phone/email discussion I would like to present you with the following lease early termination proposal regarding the Branch (# )0356 at 15 S. Main St., Chambersburg, PA 17201-2201. The current lease agreement between the parties is scheduled to expire on 12/31/2015. Santander Bank proposes the following early lease termination terms: Address: 15 S. Main St., Chambersburg, PA 07201-2201 Premises: 5,050 RSF Lease Termination Term: One Lump Sum Payout of $15,200.00 Termination Request: Tenant requests early termination of lease as of 6/30/2015. Restoration: Please provide us with a letter stating the restoration, removal and leave behind of items per the lease agreement. This proposal is intended as a preliminary statement of general intentions. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and terms and conditions are subject to negotiations and legal review. The parties mutually agree that neither shall have any binding contractual obligation to the other with respect to the matters referred to herein, unless and until a formal written contract has been prepared and has been fully executed and delivered by the parties.
