There’s nine planets in the solar system .Earth is the third from the sun. Earth is the fifth largest planet.

History

• Eratosthenes discovered my planet.

• They discovered my planet in 276 bc.

• Eratosthenes a Greek scholar who was the person to determine the circumference of earth also he discovered earth.

• The roman goddess Terra is the goddess of land.

A circle with a plus sign in the middle is the earths symbol.

• It’s the third planet from the sun.

• One rotation on a earth day is 23.93 hours Long.
