Conclusions• Weeklybiofertilizerdosesweresufficienttoinduceavisiblegrowthimprovementinseveralplanttypesoverunfertilizedconditions
• Despitethecloseproximityofplots,theeffectsofthebiofertilizerwereconstrainedtotheareaofapplication,suggestingthatnutrientsaretakenupbyplantsbeforetheycandiffuselargedistances
• Xanthobacterautotrophicus isaneffectivebiofertilizerintheCambridgeareaformultipleplantspeciesthatdoesnotseemtodemonstrateharmfuleutrophication.
