California’s CONTEMPORARY architectural scene is characterized by long lines, limited use of materials, and a preference towards cool tones.

OUR TILES SUIT YOUR STYLE

TRANSITIONAL architectural styles offer a balance of the warmth and nostalgia of a traditional home and the open and adaptable styling of a contemporary one. They have more flexibility of palette choices, material uses, and design elements.

California’s casual beach culture and love of nature made way for TRADITIONAL styles that were more casual. Spanish colonials, craftsmans, traditionals, ranchers, and cottages became the common look of the landscape (although Victorians were more popular in northern regions).
