Improve Installer Comfort, Repeatability and Performance Although termination of the FX Brilliance Universal connector can be done with no specialized tools, installation kits are available to provide the tools necessary to prepare the fiber as well as provide a stable work platform to achieve optimal installation results.

The Support Handle facilitates the handling of the fiber connector and maintaining the bow in the fiber prior to termination. Easily integrating the VFL and adapter cords, it is designed to accommodate varying real-world installation positions and is equally usable by both right and left handed installers.

The Precision Cleaver achieves superior quality cleaves, even in high volumes, exceeds TIA requirements and eliminates the need to use a microscope to verify every cleave. The latest auto-rotating blade design further eliminates cleaver maintenance providing worry-free operation for up to 36,000 cleaves.

The Rugged Installation Pouch holds the tools necessary to prepare and terminate fiber connectors. Its simple, flexible design allows the installation pouch to easily adapt to the installation environment. It can be used in many different ways, from shoulder strap, to belt mounted and even hand held. When purchased as part of an installation toolkit, it comes fully loaded with everything needed for successful fiber termination including installation and troubleshooting videos and guides, cutting and stripping tools as well as safety and cleaning supplies.
