Approval of the General Manager in consultation with the Finance is hereby communicated for the following Delegation on Establishment matters as part III in respect to Group ‘D’ recruitment as new items of SOP Estt. 2. Arranging publication of such "Recruitment Notification"

(c) Selection and engagement of "Agency" for evaluation and post-examination work (on Single Tender basis).

4. Organising and conducting of examinations/ processes. Dy. CPO (Rect) shall be responsible for overseeing the selection process (pre-examiation as well as post-examination) as per Rly.Board's guidelines.

(ii) For confidentail works, Dy.CPO(Rect)'s certification of expenditure for Item No. 6(a) (b), (c) & (d) willl be treated as valid voucher. (iii) Submission of vouchers for expenditure to FA & CAO's office as per Rly. Bd's guidelines. (iv) The original bills/vouchers related to confidential work will be retained in the custody of Dy. CPO (Rect) for the period of their codal life. (v) Auditing of vouchers and accountal will be as per RRB's procedure. (Authority: Para 9.1 to 9.7 of Annexure -I of RBE No.121 / 2005)

8. Budgetting & accountal of expenditure on recruitment.

Dy. CPO (Rect) Provision of budget requirement should be as per Para 8 of Rly. Bd's circular RBE 121/2005.

9. Extension of currency/validity of panel. GM Normal validity of currency of panel is two years from date of publication of panel. Further extension of validity of currancy by one year ( in case of administrative exigencies) shall require approval of GM. (Authority: Sub-para 7.11 of Annexure -I of RBE no.121 / 2005)

10. Any other item/activity connected with selectionprocess not covered from Sr. 1 to Sr. 9

GM Finance concurrence is necessary.

N.B. Correction Slip No.1(Estt. SOP) circulated vide this office memorandum No. ECor/GA/SOP/Estt./2721 Dated: 23.11.2006 is treated as cancelled.
