DESCRIPTION

(Organizing Method and Suggestions)

This event will be coordinated by Daniel Tie. Before the event, we will be printing flyersand posters for publication and promotion purposes, and also to gain the attention of

college students to this event.

On that day itself (7th March 2012), Axton Chong will be leading a group of CF members

to set up the necessary technical instruments, items and decorations. By 4.30pm, there

will be a final briefing to the organizing committee and a short prayer. Ushers will get

ready by then to welcome any participants.

Event starts at 6pm and participants will be shown a video. The emcee will make theannouncements and conduct the ice-breaking activities.

There will also be testimonies shared by CF members, about how God had changed their

lives and the experiences they had with God. The invited speaker of the night will be

Pastor Andy Yeoh from Acts Church.

Event ending time will be approximately at 10pm.
