In AIESEC, what really matters is how we are creating the change agents in the society. However, We need to make sure that we deliver our promise in order for us to make leaders. At ECB, that’s our day-‐to-‐day job role. To make sure that we deliver our promises to each and every customer.
This role will be about delivering the basics yet extremely challenging that will challenge you to the core. What defines it? Job description of Entity Control Board Chair
Be a new leadership for MoC that delivers quality experience to every stakeholder and build quality system in every LC.
Purpose
• Team management • Together with MCVP CE co-‐create SnS strategies and
design ECB implementation plan • Reviewing and reporting quality cases • Ensure communication between LC Quality Head –
ECB team – MC -‐ NST Program responsible • Ensure delivery of education materials
KPI
• 48 NPS for both GCDP, GIP in Mainland of China • 50%+ Response Rate • 100% Standards implementation • 2*24 hours case follow up

• Previous experience Previous EB/NST experience required Exchange experience Preferred to have no other AIESEC position after 1st June 2015 • AIESEC Knowledge Clear understanding of AIESEC essense/ AIESEC MoC 2023 vision XPP/ Compendium/ ER Principles/Team minimum/ ICB functioning Standards and Satisfaction Global/MoC Standards • Specific skills Team management Good communication skills in English • Workload Around 10 hours per week Person is expected to be very reachable and maintain constant communication • Duration End of May till End of February

What do you consider is your role in order to achieve a target set? How do you see ECB’s role getting changed considering how AIESEC is evolving and the changes that are being implemented?
