Once was a Lighting factory, now it only serves as a warehouse, Bushwick Hotel project aimed to bring the day light into every single corner in the space. The intention of the concept is creating light effects through day light, sharp sun light, shadows and artificial lights. Placing various shafts/openings on the floorplan, tend to bring the natural light inside all over the building. The reflective structures around the shafts and windows are contributing to bringing movements inside the space to break the simplicity of the interiors.

Dome, the most luminous space, is located at the center of the building, where used as reception. The use of concrete in the space also comes from the main inspiration for this project, Domus Aurea.

The corporate office space is designed for Fahrenheit 212, reimagined as if they are advertising agency which is located in Seagram Building on 22nd and 23rd floors. Influencing by the logo and brand decoding helped to separate the program into “Money” and “Magic” floors. Lobby area with the staircase plays the role of transition between two different aspects of the company in a conceptual way. Business departments are located on the 23rd floor (Money Level )which is designed with the use of white colour to symbolize the simple side of the company. Creative departments, in contrast, are located on the 22nd floor(Magic Level) where the presence of orange colour symbolizes the dynamism of the company.

St. Germain is an artisanal elder flower French liqueur brand created in 2007. The brand represents it’s identity as “Paris in a Bottle,” where Art Nouveau and Art Deco imagery is combined with a “Frenglish” voice that exudes an international ethno-mixologist style.

This space is designed as the flagship store and cocktail bar for St. Germain as part of a week-long retail design course taken at ELISAVA in Barcelona, Spain. The brand decoding delivered itself not only as a retail space,

but also as a “creative l’aperitif bar” where the customers can both enjoy their drinks and shop in this Art Deco inspired space.

Dirty Port

SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator

We have all spent many summer days at the beach but have never really explored the ocean floors. We have fond memories of fishing, collecting shells and crabs and swimming with the whales, but have never imagined what creatures look like in the trenches. Under the Ocean is an exhibition that takes children aged 5-8 through the waters around the globe in a yellow submarine bus as everything changes from dark seas to icy Arctic, the colorful reefs and the deep blue.

The Re-launch of nostalgic Technology

The project required to create a retail exhibit featuring experiences and displays that promote the return of seemingly dead products such as vinyls, polaroids, slides etc. with the use of available retail display system by ALU Inc.“In today’s hectic lifestyle, the digital world is becoming more intrusive with little or no boundaries. Our experiences are getting chaotic to handle and we find ourselves longing for simpler times. Through this exhibition, ALU invites visitors to slow down, unclutter their senses and go back to basics. Relive the nostalgic emotions and re-experience the sensual tactility of iconic products.”

Pavilion project is about understanding the materiality through the architectural scale. Started with the experimentation of only two materials, cork and plaster, turned into small-scale structural models where these later would have applied to 1/1 scale with the use of cork and concrete.
