The galvanized steel frame makes the fence maintenance-free, and the acoustic stone wool core is covered with decorative green polythene netting.

The Elba design adds a calm touch to your garden – it may look like a normal fence, but it has all the big advantages of a noise fence.

The Elba design features a sandwich frame construction with horizontal wooden panels made of impregnated (chrome free) FSC®-certified pine, with aluminium flanges for easy installation.

The Capri design looks very good with climbing plants such as clematis and caprifolium, which have a very light structure.

Echo Barrier NoiStop Wood “Ibiza” – with the classic fence look

Ibiza is the classic Echo Barrier NoiStop Wood design.

With its unfussy surface clad with vertical wooden panels, Ibiza closely resembles a normal garden fence.

However, the difference lies in how much sound this fence absorbs, and the high degree of insulation it provides.

Ibiza panels made of pine wood are available in 3 colours – green, anthracite and brown.

The core consists of acoustically absorbent stone wool, which has an expected lifetime of over 40 years in a normal environment. The sound-absorbent core is covered with black polythene netting.

Ibiza serves well as a trellis for climbing plants – especially the more sturdy varieties, such as hortensia, climbing roses and ivy.

Unlike Echo Barrier NoiStop Wood Elba, Ibiza panels are only available in 1 size.

Vines and climbing plants are increasingly popular in many gardens, and are very suitable for growing up noise fencing.

The plants can grow high up the fence and thus ensure a green covering, even in small gardens with limited space.

This is why noise fencing can help to create a sense of space – in addition to a quieter garden.

True climbing plants – such as trumpet flower, vine, climbing hortensia, ivy and Virginia creeper – attach themselves to the surface of the noise fence with small tendrils.

Espalier plants such as roses or clematis, on the other hand, require more care because they have to be attached to the fence in some way.

Whichever types of plant you prefer, Echo Barrier NoiStop fencing is ideal. You can even grow several different types of climbing plants in the same place.

This allows you to enjoy a more attractive garden as well as a longer flowering season.

The best choice of plants for your noise fence obviously depends on how much sun and water the plants will get, and how much shelter there is at each particular spot.
