Every Wild Coast Yoga mat is created with a natural

tree rubber base, captured from the sap of the Hevea

Brasiliensis, a sustainable and renewable source.

When the Havea Brasiliensis tree reaches maturity the sap

is gently extracted from the rubber tree just like a maple

tree is tapped. The natural rubber base is then bonded

with a soft, luxurious microfibre surface and printed with

non toxic water based ink.

As well as being an eco-friendly yoga mat, natural tree

rubber provides a high traction base, better durability

and won’t retain moisture like other synthetic rubbers.

Wild Coast Yoga mats are free from PVC, Silicone,and

Phthalates. We proudly ship without plastic, using

recyclable cardboard boxes.

and strive to give back to our beau-tiful planet. We proudly donate $1 from

every yoga mat sold to our native Maui Dol-phins. Maui dolphins are found only off the west

coast of the North Island – nowhere else in the world. They are the worlds smallest and rarest dolphin and are criti-

cally endangered with under 50 left. Fishing through conventional trawling and set netting has pushed Maui dolphins to the brink of ex-

tinction. Together, we can raise enough funds to protect these dolphins, and help affected fisherman and communities to switch to dolphin-friendly methods.
