ECOSTEEL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS

Insulated Wall and Roof Panels

We provide insulated steel panels that are suitable for the most extreme temperatures. Our interlocking tongue-and-groove system strengthens energy efficiency and eliminates thermal gaps. With the installation of the exterior panels, you have a dry and lockable shell ready for your finish contractors.

The Best of Both Worlds

The EcoSteel system can take any design, no matter how unique, and engineer it to fit steel manufacturing stan-dards. The result is pre-cut, pre-drilled, labeled beams and framing members that can be shipped virtually any-where. Unlike prefabricated buildings, you assemble the structure on site, eliminating the need for massive cranes and movers. Unlike traditional construction, the parts are precision cut with all the quality control you would expect from any steel manufacturer. You get the speed and quality of prefabrication with the flexiblity of traditional construction. Our detailed erection documents make assembly a quick and easy breeze.

Torreyson House Project Overview

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The “Torreyson House” was designed by San Francisco based architects Peter & Mark Anderson of

Anderson Anderson Architecture. It is an architectural gem set atop the city in an unparalleled

historical and serene location. The famous Lautner “Chemosphere” house is a nearby neighbor,

recently touted as “the most modern house ever built anywhere in the world.” The Torreyson

house is engineered with the highest standards and technology, while maintaining the environ-

ment as an integral part of the design.

The 4,705 square foot residence was designed to flow into the landscape of a 30,000+ square foot

lush hillside with unobstructed views of Universal City and the surrounding valley. The property is

situated on a private road with no views of neighboring properties.

The house is designed with a huge master bedroom and bath, and two additional bedrooms each

with their own private bath, as well as a Media Room on the Lower Level. There is a Living Room,

Dining Room, Kitchen and bathroom on the upper level. The house has outdoor decks and views

from every room through walls of glass. A swimmer’s pool with an infiniti edge and spa along with

a large outdoor deck space for entertaining and landscaped terrace walls complete the design.

• 3,200+ square feet of outdoor spaces

• Large Clearspans of Low-E Glass

• Superior Energy Efficiency

• Termite proof and non-combustible

• 638 square feet 2 ½ car garage
