Our HVR systems are automated stand-alone units for the recovery andrecycling of contaminated wastewater, from up to four hundred feet away.

Available in 5 and 10 gallons per minute recovery, the HVR systems employthe ECO Cleaning Systems proprietary six stage filtration process to purifyrecovered wastewater down to one micron for on-site reuse.

HVR systems capture hydrocarbons, heavy metals and other hazardouschemicals then transform them into non-leachable substances, the vastmajority of which meet EPA guidelines for acceptable disposal in generallandfills.

HVR (HydroRecoverRecycle)


Our HV systems are stand-alone units for the recovery of contaminatedwastewater at either 5 or 10 gallons per minute.

HV systems are standard with a three stage filtration system to remove grosscontaminants and hydrocarbons, which are solidified for proper disposal. Inaddition, an optional automated pump-out system is available for the HVsystems to pump recovered wastewater to a secondary holding tank or to asanitary drain system when applicable.

These units fulfill basic compliance with the US Clean Water Act; when usedproperly.

HV (HydroRecover)


Our HR systems are automated stand-alone units for the recycling ofcontaminated wastewater.

Available in 5 and 10 gallons per minute recycling, the HR systems employ theECO Cleaning Systems proprietary six stage filtration process to purifyrecovered wastewater down to one micron for on-site reuse.

These ‘industrial’ surface cleaning systems are designed to run all day, everyday with minimal maintenance or upkeep.

The key to our HC systems are industrial timing belt drives that rarely; if ever,need adjustment or wear out, and never slip.

The controls of the HC systems include engine/motor and pump safetysystems.

These surface cleaning systems are available in both 5 and 10 gallon perminute sizes, with the option of hot water.

HC (HydroClean)


Our HCW automated wash systems are designed to clean the undercarriageof buses and trucks and then apply a salt neutralizing chemical during wintermonths.

The key to the HCW systems are no-touch operation.

The control system senses vehicle location providing automated operation.

HCW systems include engine/motor and pump safety systems.

The HCW systems operate at 15 gallon per minute sizes, with the option ofhot water.

HCW (HydroCarriageWash)


Our HW heads are optimized stainless steel units that employ large casters, atri-arm rotating cleaning head, and a proprietary vacuum attachment for near‘absolute’ recovery of contaminated wastewater.

Our HW heads allow surface cleaning to within 1-1/2” of cardboard boxeson flat concrete at 4,000 PSI without getting the boxes wet!

HW heads are available in 5 and 10 gallons per minute sizes.

HW (HydroWhirl)


Our HCC remote controlled, chemical changeover systems are available forsingle or multiple chemical use.

HCC systems are trigger-gun activated, can be used with up-stream or down-stream injectors, and are available in 12 & 24 VDC as well as 120 & 240 VACinput/output.

HCC (HydroChemicalChangeover)


Our HCS system automates the manual cleaning of shopping carts, acting asa miniature car was tunnel.

As the carts are pushed through the HCS for cleaning, the water is recoveredand recycled by our HRC system or recovered only by our HCV system.

HCS systems are designed to work with 10 gallon per minute surface cleaningsystems with hot water.

NOTE: The HCS portable system is specifically designed to work inconjunction with our HRC or HCV systems.

HCS (HydroCartSanitizer)


Special consideration has been taken in regard to the life cycle of all ECOCleaning Systems products, resulting in systems that require minimalfilter replacement. Filters and other supplies are available throughoutside retailers or through ECS.
