ECTOMORPH FOODS:The below table, identifies an example of some beneficial foods for an ectomorph body type, that has no current medical or Health issue.

Ectomorph’s, benefit from well cooked meats and Vegetables that assist with digestion and absorption.

Meals such as casseroles / stews along with slowly cooked meats therefore are ideal.

Carbohydrates are generally high and provide the required energy for the body and mind.

It is important to ensure an ectomorph gets sufficient nutrients from such things as root vegetables along with Omegas and healthy lipids from Animal protein, nuts, seeds, oils, fatty fish and Organic Calcium.
