Production Area: Lower Austria (Niederösterreich). Located around the captial of Vienna and is Austrias largest wine-growing area
Vinification: Grapes are de-stemmed. The must and skins stand for four hours before being gentrly pressed by a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is stored in tank up to five months before bottling.

Vinification: Grapes are de-stemmed. Must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 26 days with pumping over. 30% of the wine is matured in used barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks for six months before bottling.

Brillant, dark pink
Fragrances of roses and tender raspberry in the nose, some animating spice.
On the palate still fruity but with refreshing acidity; round finish.
The grapes are squeezed gently. Afterwards the must is standing approx. 24 hours before the juice can be taken from the mash what makes her so rosy. Then she is maturing at 18°C in stainless steel-tanks till she has reached her full beauty.
