An optional collet system and chuck are available and offer the ability to EDM from .004” through .250” diameter electrodes.

We offer this optional EDM Tooling Kit which fits easily on the tooling rails of all our EDMDrillMate models and most EDM’s. The kit includes horizontal and vertical vises, as well as a T-handle wrench for quick changes.

A standard feature on all models is a Power Back Slide (W-Axis) for additional travel to accommodate increased part thickness.

The additional height also allows a 4th or 5th Axis installation at customer’s facility.

Remote Hand Held Pendant (standard) aids operator during setup when close visual inspection is necessary.

Auxiliary Flush provides continuous cleaning of die guide and workpiece – also aids electrode entry and breakthrough.

Optional Indexer allows you to add A or AB Axis capability at an affordable price.

Standard or special order electrodes in brass and copper along with ceramic guides .01mm through 6.0mm

The EDMDrillMate product line is the most complete line of EDM Drills available from any supplier on the market. Keeping the footprint small and the machine affordable while offering the power to run unattended, EDMDrillMate Model 22i packs a punch drilling holes from 0.1mm through 4.0mm electrodes. The 22i can run unattended with an NC program or can be operated manually with X and Y axis handles. The DrillMate’s own filtration system is also included.

EDMDrillMate® Model 20

The EDMDrillMate Model 20 is the perfect value packed machine for operations which require a simple yet powerful hole drill. The 75 Peak Amp power supply provides the fastest burn times in the market when compared to other 30 Amp EDM Drills. 4 The granite work table provides a flat thermally stable work surface without the concerns of operators accidentally drilling into the work table. 4 An adjustable window fixture is standard on the Model 20. Tooling rails are mounted onto a granite worktable allowing the operator to slide the Y axis rails open or closed to accommodate small to large work pieces (a great feature in this price range). 4 Power W Axis provides easy adjustment to accommodate a maximum 13.75” work piece height. 4 Glass scales on all three axis for accuracy and user-friendly operation.
