Bay Area Volunteers are Awesome!

This past year Holy Family Day Home hosted over 100 volunteers! With their help, we were able to beautify our

campus, host our annual Santa’s Workshop and Women’s Boutique, provide seasonal and birthday gifts

to all 154 children, host Family Fun weekends, and much more!

Thank you to all the selfless volunteers from Facebook, Gymboree, Bi-Rite Market, Project Night Night, Levi’s,

Gateway High School, Mission High School, Grace Cathedral, NCL, Order of Malta, Girl Scouts, PlumpJack,

The Toboni Group, the Day Home Auxiliary and HandsOn Bay Area.

And thank you to all our individual volunteers that gave their time and

talent to supporting our classrooms and programs!

If you or your company would like to host a Day of Service at the Day Home, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator

Emilie Struthers at [email protected].

Board Member Joe Toboni, along with his son Joey

Toboni and The Toboni Group spent a full Saturday

beautifying our campus and playhouse!

Follow the Yellow

Brick Road

If you followed the Yellow Brick

Road to our Gala last year, you also

helped pave the road to the Day

Home for over 154 children and

their families!

Your contributions helped us

exceed our fundraising goal and,

more important, you helped

maintained our on-site Mental

Health, Family Support, and Early

Education services.

Some of our most generous benefactors choose to create a lasting legacy for future generations of Bay Area children and families by including the Day Home in their long-range planning. There are many ways you can ensure the longevity of the Day Home through a planned gift, some that include: A bequest including the Day Home in your Will. Charitable gift annuities. Tax-free gifts from traditional or Roth IRA

Planned gifts to the Day Home qualify you as a

member of our Virginia Fair Legacy Society, and all

planned gifts go toward funding the Day Home

Endowment. If you’d like more information about

making a planned gift please email

[email protected].
