EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT

LET’S RECAP

• Transtronics has proposed a program that students

can increase the academic performance and

proficiency by 300% by interaction and

participation from STUDENTS, PARENTS, TEACHERS

and other students in the cyberspace by the means

of Ipad. Ipod, Inote and others

• In this instance, all the involved parties must have

the electronic mechanism to send and receive the

electronic signal in order to participate and interact

with others in the process

CONCEPT EXPANSION

• Given the fact that all involved parties have the

Ipod to use

• They are able to get in the electronic circle to see

the same platform and able to exchange idea,

discuss matter and exam the same subject

• We propose an additional feature in which the

concept to be expanded and the benefits to be

greatly improved strictly for education purposes

BASIC CONCEPT

• Our concept involves with the electronic video

recording of the teachers in the classrooms section

that the students and parents can view or review at

anytime in anywhere on the Ipod

• Using this concept well one will have the option to

be re-educated as many times, thus, improve the

knowledge understanding

• If this process to be used properly there will be no

excuse of doing well in school

INVOLVED PARTIES

• This project/process involves the followings

• The STUDENTS

• TEACHERS

• SCHOOLS

• SCHOOL DISTRICTS

• REGIONAL SCHOOL

• EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

• And the community understanding and supports

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

• The process works in the following fashion

• There will be the webcam in the classroom

• It will record the teacher lecture and the student

participation in the section

• The section can be live so that the parents can view

the section as well

• The record to be kept and to be viewed by others

at anytime to restudy the materials and relearn the

experiences as many times as one desired

STORY FATHER AND SON

• Father calls the son to see if he does his homework

• The son said that he was sleeping in class, that he

was missing something in the lecture

• They both can go to the archive and view the

lecture that the son missed

• In this case, the student get the full lecture and class

action in the section

• And the father was able to relearn something that

he might miss as he has not in the class room for

quite sometime

IF JOHNNY MISSES CLASS

• If Johnny misses classes… He has the full option to

get the teacher lecture and other students activities

in his I Pod for the full review and study

• He will get his homework assignment and able to

fulfill his academic responsibility in full

• In this instance, one will not get behind too far if one

can not attending classes

• But one will be able to participate in the classroom

setting in full

OUR PLATFORM

• TransTronics has developed an electronic visual

and/or audio platform that will deliver this process in

the SPEED of LIGHTS that will enhance and enrich

the students academic achievement greatly

• Our platform will able the students/teachers/parent

to meet with one another in the crossing path and

able to focus on the subject matters that have the

critical importance to the student learning ability

and performance

WE LEAVE ALL OPTIONS OPEN

• And with the video learning section, the students

can visit the classroom as many times as they wish

to relive the experience and relearn the lesson

• There might be other form of classroom video at this

moment, but TransTronics will put this concept to a

new level in the sense that it will standardize, unified

and refine the process upon which the technology

to be delivered smoothly and the project to be

performed and executed at its best

FROM SCHOOL TO SCHOOL

• Our process will not limit the students to specific

school or class to be viewed

• In fact, we encourage the participation from

different schools in the process

• In this case, the students from school A can view the

record class section in school B and C as well

• In this instance, a same subject matter to be

exposed and explored in different angle and/or

perspectives

RICH VS POOR SCHOOL DISTRICT

• Let’s assume that that School district A is a rich and

B is a poor school district

• The classroom video concept will be the equalizer

in this matter in the sense that the poor school

district can share the resource from the rich one in

the form of classroom video concept viewing

• In the spirit of public education, the rich school

district will have the ability to extent its wings and

the poor one will have the benefits to receive them

REGIONAL LEVELS

• The academic video concept can be done in the

regional levels in the following fashions

• The region will select the best 3 videos on each

subject matter… that can be viewed by the region

• This can be the learning tool for the students but

equally for the teachers as well

• To be selected one has to be the best in the field,

thus, create the competitive spirit among the

teachers as well

AND SO JOHN MISSES A CLASS HOUR

• John was missing Algebra class

• He has the option to view his own class video

• He can view the same class in other schools in his

district

• Or he can participate in the class room that

conducted by the best teacher in the region

• Even if John was not missed the class… he should

be able to view other videos to develop the subject

understanding in depth and able to achieve better

learning

IN THE STATE LEVEL

• The State Dept of Education must take this project

and turn it into the education priority

• The state can expand the regional concept to the

state level with sufficient funding, coordinating and

support

• It is our hope that we will offer for the student all

avenues to achieve the academic goal

• And the video concept will be another viable

option to assist the students to do so

ELECTRONIC CONFERENCE

• Our electronic delivery platform also allows the

system to have face to face Conference

• In this instance, not only the student can view and

review the subject matter in the video, he/she can

contact to the teacher/parents or other students to

chat or have face to face discussion

• In doing so, we have offer for the student almost

anything for him or her to fulfill the academic

responsibility and able to do well in school

JOHN IS IN ACTION

• John goes to the site to view his teacher lecture

• He has the options to go to different sites to view

other teachers that lecture to the same subject

• John is still not quite understand the subject totally

so he contact his tutor / teacher either online or

having face to face conference

• For the homework on the subject matter, John can

contact to his buddy or classmate to share and do

the assignment together

OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES

• In the video conference concept, TransTronics

platform can deliver the live video for :

• Sport Event

• Music/Theater shows

• Workshop/Seminar section

• Professional Training Development

• All other events that can provide the live action or

to be recorded for reviewed in the later time

AT THE PRESENT TIME

• Presently, anyone can record an event and post it

in You tube

• TransTronics take the privilege to take this ordinary

concept to the new level of execution so that the

kids can learn better, the teacher can be more

helpful and the parents can participate in the

educating process

• We will not reinvent the wheel, but our process will

improve and enhance the education system for the

better result

ROCHESTER , NEW YORK

• Rochester City School District is the home of more

than 20,000 students

• The graduation rate is 45%

• Like all school districts in the state of New York it

endures the financial constrain due to the state 2%

tax cap in property tax

• We believe that our system will assist RCSD to

improve its academic teaching performance

without any additional cost and able to reach the

community in the sensible and meaningful way

MEET MR. JONES

• Mr. Jones teaches History at Jefferson High

• John can view and review Mr. Jones lecture about

US history with England … Even John was in class

• Jim will view Mr. Jones lecture because he was

falling to sleep when Mr. Jones was speaking and

he must view the video so that he can understand

the subject to do the homework and assignment

• Jack must view Mr. Jones video because Jack have

to go to hospital to care for his mother …

OTHERS VIEW MR. JONES TOO

• Since Mr. Jones is a good lecturer and teacher…

not only he is viewed by his students in his class but

by others as well

• The students in different classes but in the same

school

• The students in different schools within the school

district

• The students in different schools in different school

districts

• The students in the state of New York

MR. JONES EVEN MAKES HISTORY

• During the course of his US history lecture… Mr.

Jones predicts that the GOP will gain 9 seats in the

Senate in 2014 election

• Without the video recording… Mr. Jones has

impressed only 15 of his students in his class

• But with the video recording service that recorded

not only Mr. Jones predictions in visual and audio

form, but it also recorded the date and the time

electronically

NOT ONLY FOR STUDENTS

• Mr. Jones video not only to be used for the students

to enhance the academic purposes

• It can also be used as the professional

development training tool for other teachers too

• And the parents can also view Mr. Jones lecture to

know more about the teacher and can learn one

or more facts about US history as well

• And Mr. Jones Video will be maintained in our

system UNLESS and UNTIL the school decides

anything otherwise

IN THE STATE LEVELS

• The experiences on this concept, not only to be

used in the local and regional levels, they are very

feasible in the state levels as well

• In this instance, the state will provide the leadership

and technical support as well

• The funding for this project is very affordable but the

benefits are unmeasurable

• It is our hope that this concept in addition to the

internet electronic interactive services will lead New

York state to the leader in the country in Education

THE REALITY

• The voters in the state of New York just approved

the School and technology measure

• Our services will enrich and enhance NYS Dept of

Education in this matter

• There are a few programs in the state that offer the

similar services as we suggested here, we take the

pride to select and combine all the best in the

market at the present time and able to assemble

them to a platform to serve the students needs

PERFECT FOR VO-TECH SCHOOL

• The concept of visual video is a perfect tool for the

VO-Tech school situation

• In addition to the lecture, the video can be used to

remind the students of HOW TO process

• This one is not the film that one can view to learn

the How To… This is the live action that happened

just a few hours or days ago which is very updated

• The video, not only to be used for the students… but

for the public to view and review in the public

education program as well

IN THE COLLEGE LEVELS

• In the same principle to use in high school, this

concept can be used in the college levels as well

• SUNY can apply this concept to all campuses that

offer for the students the alternative of learning

• Apply this concept, the students at SUNY will enjoy

the teaching from their professors in the classrooms

but receive the best mind from all over the state

• Applying this concept in higher education it will

multiply the learning value many folds

LIFE IN GENERAL

• TransTronics has a platform that will operate and

execute the video from personal to group… for

social and family functions…

• This one is not YOUTUBE, that anyone can view the

video, rather this platform to be viewed only to

those one select and approve the video viewing

• This concept to be used as the means to keep one

life legacy in the most lively and active manner
