Established in S.A.E. Free Zone (Egypt) in 2008, EfadcoPetroleum Services Co. is originally the representative for anumber of oilfield-related companies. We started by offeringdownhole tools for rental such as Drilling Jars, Shock Subs,Drill pipes, Tubing, etc. Since our first customers requiredflexibility in sourcing arrangements, we specialized inproviding individual services, such as custom-made tools.After constant periods of strong market performance, Efadcoenlarged its scope of work by providing rental of Supply andSupport Vessels to the offshore drilling operations and, as ofrecently, the rental of Land Drilling Rigs.

Since its establishment, Efadco Petroleum Services Co. hasgained a reputation of excellence in providing qualityperformance services to the Oilfield industry. From thebeginning of Efadco’s foundation, it has been based on a FreeZone status. This allows us to operate Duty Free, whichenables quick transfers of moving equipment into and out ofthe country and gives us a cost advantage of about 25% lessthan our competitors.

Our combined assets, extensive experience in projectmanagement and immaculate success record have been wellrecognized by our customers. Health &Safety

Efadco Petroleum Services Co. operates an approved QualityManagement System that has gained the followingcertifications:

ISO 9001:2008 ISO/TS 29001 API Specification Q1 API Spec 5CT-1402 API Spec 7-1-0977

The scope of these registrations applies to be:

- Provision of Threading and Re-Threading Services

- Manufacture of Drill Stem Subs

- Provision of Welding and Redressing Services forStabilizers and Sleeves

- Rental of Tubing Pipes, Drill Pipes, X-over Subs and otherRelated Drill String Elements

- Agency for Vessel Rental

In order to provide our customers with quality levels thatmeet or exceed their expectations, we constantly monitor ourquality performance and implement improvements whenadvisable.

This policy is well understood by all personnel and involvesactive participation, endeavor and ideas of all employees withthe aim of continually improving the effectiveness of theQuality Management System.

In order to ensure an accident free workplace, the followingprocedures and work instructions are mandatory and bindingupon all personnel and within the responsibility of everyoneworking for and on behalf of Efadco Petroleum Services Co.:

Efadco Petroleum Services Co. also recognizes the importanceof environmental protection and operates its activities in amanner which demonstrates respect for the environment inwhich we live and work. This is done by the implementationthe following:

Limiting waste generation, discharges and emissions andhandling waste in a responsible manner

Minimize spills, leaks and accidental discharges whileconducting operations

Usage of energy and natural resources in the mostefficient way

Preparation of instructions and equipment for handlingenvironmental emergencies

Being aware of the public attitude and concerns andmaintaining an open communication with interestedparties about the effects of our operation

This policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers andcontractors and available to the public.

Efadco adheres very strictly to annual review of our policy inorder to ensure that the policy and objectives are incompliance with the declared goals of the company.


OurFacilities

Efadco Petroleum Services Co.’s facilities include a 3,500m²workshop in the free zone of Suez City, a 3,800m² workshopin the industrial area of Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo as well as a10,200m² yard in New Cairo. We maintain a stock of over10,000 downhole tools, and we recently acquired two brandnew land drilling rigs:

- 2000 HP AC/VFD Rig with top drive- 1500 HP AC/VFD Rig with top drive

They will start operation by the end of year 2012.

Additionally, we are planning to finalize the purchase of twowork-over & pulling units (750 HP truck-mounted) in Q4 2012.

Since April 2012, Efadco Petroleum Services Co. operatesfrom its new 2,800m² corporate headquarter located in NewMaadi, Cairo, which allowed recruiting and hiring of newtalents, both technical and support staff. Besides, we arefocusing on the global extension of our business, addinginternational staff to our team.
