This symposium is a knowledge-based offering designed for nurses,dietitians, pharmacists, certified diabetes educators, and other healthcareprofessionals involved in the education and care of people withdiabetes.Requirements:*To successfully complete the program andreceive credit, participants must pay the required fee, sign in to eachsession through the Whova App, attend the entire program, and completethe online evaluation form.Accreditation Statement: In support of improving patient care, thisactivity has been planned by Kentucky Diabetes Network and theAssociation of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists.
