Diamond provides the most advanced egg breakingand separating systems available with pumps,automatic filtration units, product cooling, pasteurizersand storage tanks. Shell augers, centrifuges anddryers are all available.

We will design your packaging lines includingsanitary cans and bags, aseptic packs, and bag in abox equipment fillers. The facility can include rawproduct, separated or whole egg, pasteurizedliquid, dried or frozen eggs and value addedblended products.

The Breaker in a Box is also available fromDiamond which includes a completely pre-assembledbreaking plant in a 40 foot container for emergingmarkets or specialty products with a capacitybetween 1.000 and 36.000 eggs per hour. Thisplant is shipped fully assembled and ready to operateupon arrival in a 12x4 meter container meeting allsanitary requirements including stainless floors andsanitary wall and ceiling panels.

Diamond Egg Breaker-Separators offer specialoptions to meet specific needs. Each machinecapacity can be designed as a whole egg machineor as a separator of yolk and white. Diamondbreakers have the highest yield in the industrywith better egg handling in the transfer room, cleanshell breaks, less fractured egg yolks, longerseparation time, more shell drain time, higher yolksolids and cleaner egg whites. Automatic loaders,plastic tray washers, egg washers and automaticcandling are all available.

Liquid processing units start at 1.000 liters ofproduct per hour. High capacity systems willprocess 9.000 liters per hour. Higher volumeoperations are available with multiple machinesalong with a single pasteurizer operating up to20.000 liters per hour.
