The Egyptian National Competitiveness Council

Vision: The ENCC will become an instrument of

influence on government policies, business

climate, and public attitudes to make the nation’s

institutions more globally competitive. It seeks to

develop solutions for specific issues that will

increase the productivity of businesses and

workers.

Page 4: Egyptian National Competitiveness Council - OECD

Mission: To improve the quality of life for all

Egyptians, the ENCC will achieve its vision by

being an efficient and effective platform to bring

together stakeholders — business, government,

academia and civil society — in order to raise

awareness and advocate policies that enhance

competitiveness.
