On Saturday, 24th Jan 2015, EITA held its 18th annual

theme was chosen this year promising a colorful and fun
event for the night!
Selangor EITA Sports Club had started to prepare few
months back, work around the clock and prepared many
pre-event activities that leads to the success of 18th
annual dinner:
Invitation to our honored VIPs and guests. We
have exceeded our initial estimate for the
number of attendees and in the end, 36 tables
were booked.
Sponsorship campaign to our sponsors. A very
big Gratitude to our generous sponsors!
Preparation for the door gifts, awards and
presenter’s gifts.
Planning fun and exciting program flow for
the night, ensuring the momentum keeps
flowing.
Preparation for one of the most epic Staff performance!
Getting all the food and beverages in order.
Briefing, guidance for the ushers and reception committee.
A lot more other tasks to take care of
which no one will ever notice! Such as decorations
placement, organize lucky draw prizes…
Surprisingly EITA staff started to arrive as early as
530 pm even before the committees managed to
take a short break. They were lead to registration,
followed up by a lucky draw at the well-organized
prize redemption counter, hassle and queue free.
The staff prizes range from generous amount of
cash vouchers to electrical appliances and hampers. This
year pre-lucky draw was the first time where no staff
walks away empty handed, every staff stand a chance to
win thanks to the generous sponsors. Even after they did
not win a prize at this pre-lucky draw, they were still
entitled to take part in the subsequent Grand Lucky Draws
later that evening. Of course, the Grand Lucky Draws’
prizes were much higher in value with the top prize being
the 50inch LCD television!
This year the photo wall was one of its kind, featuring
actual snakes in which guests and staff can hold and
pose, clown wigs and nose for taking memorable shots.
The photographers who stationed here would take a
photo and print it immediately to hand it to the guests.
A big shoutout to all staffs for making the extra effort
to dress up in accordance to the Carnival Circus theme,
they even have face painted and mini magical hats.
Some of the outstanding costumes include mimes, clowns, animal outfits, magician, and definiitely
the most eye catching of them all, the ring masters!
This 18th Annual Dinner’s programme was packed with not

The MC did an amazing job in bringing out the fun

She engages the crowd to swing their napkins when a
music plays out, to distribute winning tickets which
can later be redeemed for a surprise gift, everyone
went wild when the music plays out. She even sang

guests from France with one of the most well known french classic –“La Vien en Rose”, and even a
chinese song “Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo De Xin” with one of the
staffs. The night was continued with belly dance performance,
followed up by best belly dancer by the guests and staff. Not

gaining the crowd’s support to win. All participants were
given prizes regardless of their placing.
The highlight of the night wasn’t there not until the grand

months prior to the night, enhancing the circus carnival
mood by first performing a musical circus perfomance, in
which the ring leader brings in the animals, followed by
clowns
