Dear Know-It-All,

I have really great friend. But she hangs out with a girl I don’t really like. What should I do? Should I ditch this girl? Sincerely, Ditch?  Dear Ditch?,

I know what it’s like to have a friend who hangs out with people you don’t like. As Long as that person doesn’t try to break up your friendship with the other person, you don’t have to worry. If you want, you can tell your friend you don’t like hanging with that girl and if she would mind having you play with her when she isn’t there. But you can also try being friends with that girl and you might just end up being her friend. Good Luck, Know-It-All

 Bullying 

 By: Andrea Garcia  Have you ever been bullied? If you have, you know it is painful. So what did you do? Did you tell an adult or did you just let them continue bullying you? What I would’ve done is tell an adult. Don’t be scared of telling an adult, you won’t be the one getting in trouble if you tell. If the bully gets mad at you for telling and is being worse, talk to your parents. They can talk to your teacher about it so that it will stop completely. Never let someone hurt you, stand up to them. My advice to you is to tell someone and they will help you. Did you know that thousands of kids all over the U.S K­5th grade have been bullied? This is causing lot of trouble in schools. Kids are getting really hurt. Most of bullying happens because the person just doesn’t like the kid that he/she is bullying. Have you ever been bullied? If you have and need advice, put a letter as an anonymous in the box outside room #13 and your story might appear in the next issue. Make a change  and speak up!

    If you don’t celebrate Christmas, there are plenty of other ways to have fun over break. Here is a list of the top best things to do during winter:

1. Go to the mountains and go sledding.

2. Sit on the couch and watch tv with a blanket while drinking hot cocoa.

3. Go bowling 4. Go to the movies. 5. Go ice skating with friends. 6. Play games with your family

(like Charades, Hedbanz, maybe even have a Connect 4 tournament)

7. Do arts and crafts (like making snowflakes or just art)

8. Go to the zoo and other places to take cool pictures of things you rarely see.

9. Go see family members that live far away.
