Ek and On

Remembering

When we were in KG1,we were babies.

We played all day. Some children cried a lot.

I can't remember very

much about KG1.

In KG2, we wore our pyjamasfor part of the day. We took

a nap. The teacher put powder on our faces. On liked toplay with the powder.

In KG3, I learned to swim.We changed our clothes for

swimming right in the classroom.I learned the ABCsand how to count.

In Grade One, it was harder.I learned more numbers, andhow to read. In Grade One,

we lost our front teeth.

But now, we are big...

...well – On is big, anyway.
