therefore, please be sure to list students according to room assignments. If you need to add
additional rooms, please photocopy the table. Please insert room group number in the room number

24
General disclaimer:
Each school representative at convention is ultimately responsible for their student’s behavior.
The board holds the right to dismiss a student from any remaining activities for the weekend.
A student may be requested to leave due to misconduct or misrepresentation of the association in the
convention site. The association reserves the right to refuse the attendance of
schools that continuously pose problems or use otherwise offensive tone, attitude or defiant conduct
towards the members of the board or does not promote a positive environment. This penalty will
be enforced for a whole school year following the incident.
Competitions disclaimer:
Although our annual Spanish convention includes several competitions, the ultimate goal is to
promote the Spanish Language and cultures. Attitudes and behaviors should promote a harmonious
environment regardless of any misunderstanding in the procedural aspects of the association. In the
event a club deems necessary to review some procedures already in place, the school
representative can make a request by writing by using the form appropriate (Complaint
Form). The members of the board will then review the current procedures and adjust as necessary.
