BUSINESS STRUCTURE.

Iniciativas El Gigante, s.l. fulfils the following tasks through its different departments: ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT: We have 30 different models of inflatable castles, inflatable football pitches, mechanical bulls, WII areas, a train for children, entertainers, instructors, clowns, etc. All kinds of services for hotels, restaurants and banquet halls. All kinds of services for carnival time, Christmas, parades, etc. LEISURE AND FREE TIME DEPARTMENT: We provide primary and secondary schools, along with town councils and their departments with one‐day trips, camping (2 or more days), summer camps, national and international work camps, etc. Activities for large companies are also available. EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT: School of education and entertainment for leisure time. Courses of leisure and free time instructor, entertainer and manager officially recognized by the government of the Region of Murcia.

We must also remark our “Centro Formativo Iniciativas El Gigante”; a learning centre with the aim of training primary, secondary and high school students and helping them to do better in their exams. It is at 10, Calle Cueto and was established in 2003.



TOURISM, EVENTS AND RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT: It deals with tourist guides, tour routes, tourist services for large companies and hotels, tourism activities and the personnel management for them, service of tourist information, etc. QUALITY DEPARTMENT: Anything regarding the Quality Management System ISO 9001/2.008. is planned and coordinated here. MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT: Its function is to coordinate everything concerning the management of Iniciativas El Gigante, s.l. (costumers, suppliers, finances, etc) COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT: Here we plan the commercial action for all our costumers. INNOVATION DEPARTMENT: Created in January, 2009 it is where our new products, processes and services are created and developed. CORPORATIVE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DEPARTMENT: It is our latest department, and it was created in January, 2010.

CORPORATE PURPOSES

Iniciativas El Gigante, s.l. with its own legal personality, in accordance with its corporate purposes devotes to:

• The performance and fulfilment of all kinds of tasks, projects and activities aimed at different sectors of the population, especially children, teenagers, young people, women, families and senior citizens along with public administrations, institutions, organizations and any kind of companies in general.

• The performance and fulfilment of all kinds of tasks, projects and activities

concerning leisure and free time, education, information and social action in the aspect of employment, education, social services, health, environment, new technologies, etc.

• The performance and fulfilment of all kinds of tasks, projects and activities

aimed at technical counselling, carrying out studies, research, equipment management, educational activities, projects and campaigns, publishing and any other activity which may be of interest to the collectives mentioned above.

• Leisure and free time projects, training, and management of educational

centres, town councils in the Region of Murcia and outside it, youth and residents associations, private companies, cultural associations and entities representative for social sectors: youth councils, etc. All of them are our costumers



• The exploitation of all kinds of administrative concessions, such as youth

hostels, rural guest houses, etc. including the attached exploitation of their facilities. All these activities can also be carried out through contracts with public administrations.

• The provision of tourist accommodation in youth hostels and / or rural

accommodation and other types through public or private contracts with our entity.

• The professional organization of conferences, fairs, congresses and other

similar events.

• The touristic exploitation of cultural, natural, sporting, recreational and leisure time resources.

• The performance of complementary tourism activities related to the

environment: adventure activities, hiking, yachting, scuba, etc.

• Educational programmes in a professional and commercial way, consisting of support tuition for pupils of all ages, even college students and candidates.

• The production, performance and assessment of training programmes for

unemployed and active workers, of both public and private bodies, consisting of the provision of specialized courses for the purpose of improving professional qualification.

15th ANNIVERSARY

Iniciativas El Gigante, s.l. was established in June, 1996. This year it is our 15th anniversary.

QUALITY MANEGEMENT

• The “Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad” (Quality Management System) ISO 9001/2.001, certified by AENOR, has been implanted since 2006.

• The “Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad” (Quality Management System) ISO 9001/2.008, also certified by AENOR, has been implanted sin August, 2009.



AWARDS

In 2002 we were awarded the “Business Award” by the Confederación de

Organizaciones Empresariales de la Comarca del Guadalentin (CECLOR). The award was collected in 2003.

PARTICIPATION IN BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS

Iniciativas El Gigante, s.l. has taken part since its establishment in the following business associations through Francisco Perán Albarracín in his capacity as:

• Executive of “Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios de la Región de Murcia” (an association of young businesspeople from the Region of Murcia) since 2009.

• Executive and founding member of “Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios de la

comarca del Guadalentin” (a local association of young businesspeople) since 2003.

• Executive of CECLOR (a confederation of business associations in the

Guadalentín valley) since 2009. • Chairman of the Board of the Professional Association of Leisure Time and

Entertainment Businesses in the Region of Murcia.
