The indicative mood is used to speak about acts, certainty, reality.We have studied all the indicative tenses:Present I dance. I am dancing. I do danceImperfect I was dancing. I used to dance.Preterite I danced a lot last night.Future I will dance the Tango in Argentina. Conditional I would dance if I went to the Prom.Present Perfect I have danced my heart out! Without exception: the imperfect subjunctive is formed by dropping the –ron from the 3rd person plural preterite and adding either one of the following sets of endings:
