technology, instrumentation engineering, and electronics. He is the founder of

StoneMedia Corporation responsible for developing the idea and patent for digital video

delivery systems. He also founded USA Video Corporation, the innovator of such

technologies as Store and Forward Video (video-on-demand). Mr. Tindell earned his

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts with a minor in Business Administration

from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas in 1974. Mr. Tindell is a former

member of the US Marine Corps.
