Electrical control performance: using the full AC CAN bus
controller By making the controller system lighter, simpler and more compact than ever,
Hilectro is pursuing the best design constantly. The electric forklift truck
features advanced controllers (capable of adjusting all required functions)
and safety mechanisms (such as a driving/lifting operator on-site sensing
system). In addition, its power saving function ensures the best performance
of the AC motor, even if the motor is in a higher battery discharge state.

Braking performance: adopt advanced wet braking system. The air tight wet braking system ensures the excellent overall durability. It is
different from the traditional drum brake system, it does not need to replace the
friction plate, does not need regular maintenance and reduces the maintenance cost.
This technology not only has excellent control under wetland plate conditions, but
also provides a smooth brake imposition for further increasing the productivity.

The hydraulic power steering system of Electric Forklift of Hilectro provides exceptional flexibility and comfort for forklift trucks, making steering and Z-shaped driving smoothly, easily and stably. With a small diameter steering wheel with 300 mm, Electric Forklift of Hilectro achieves fairly high sensitivity: the fluctuations are minimized when traveling in a straight line, and the maneuverability remains optimal even in a narrow space. Moreover, the forklift can detect the steering wheel drift in an undesirable state and restore it to its original position automatically.

and floors of the HElectric Forklift of Hilectro series are designed to
be low and spacious. Careful design around the steering and auxiliary
handles further facilitates getting on and off the forklift, allowing the
operator to easily move from one side of the forklift to the other.
HSS II seat hip support and seat belt system
Hilectro's original cushion and cushioning technology effectively

For safety, Electric Forklift of Hilectro provides the best view in all
directions. To minimize the angle of the front side, the operator's seat
is located on the left side of the fork lift truck. Moreover, Hilectro
uses a high visibility door frame and places the dashboard above the
dashboard to ensure a clear front view so that the operator can clearly
see the tip of the fork.
Comfortable seat: OPS safety systemDriving / upgrading OPS system is a safety function that accords with
ISO3691. The safety system allows hydraulic or driving operations
only when the operator is seated. Without braking, a specially
designed alarm is activated and the operation stops after the operator
leaves the seat for three seconds. Even if the operator returns to his
seat, he will remain in an excited state. Interlocking can only be lifted
by returning the switches to a secure location.
