The E-MAxi moves safely on the tracks thanks to its patented rail guidance equipment installed in front of every running wheel. Profit from its superior traction force based on the uti-lization of its full traction weight on the drive wheels for high trailing load.For comparison: Any traditional electric railcar movers relie-ves its total weight by the contact pressure of the rail guidance equipment and reduces its traction weight by up to 30%.The ZAGRO E-MAxi, however, utilizes its total weight for trac-tion force. Same weight results in higher traction capacity and lower energy consumption.

The plastic covers encapsulating its four drive units minimize the noise level of the already silent elec-tric motors and ensure comfortable working indoor.The overall dimension of the ZAGRO E-MAxi of 2 x 3 meters makes it easy to move the machine quickly to its place of action - especially in narrow halls where props and pillars re-strict the utilization of big road/rail vehicles.its guide wheels can be swiveled by max. 135° and make the

ZAGRO E-MAxi extraordinarily agile. Circular driving is no problem – the turn radius of only 1.6 meters makes it even possible to turn on the spot.

Maneuvering and turning in narrow work zones. The processor controlled all-wheel steering system enables you to maneuver the ZAGRO E-MAxi in any direction.

The rail guidance equipment installed in front of every drive wheel is hydraulically lifted and lowered at the push of a but-ton. Simply swivel the four running wheels by max. 135° using

the joystick at the manual or radio remote control unit. The process control system queries the position of every indivi-dual wheel and adjusts the corresponding turn radiusautomatically.The abrasion of the guide wheels – made of rubber or, as an option, Vulkollan – is reduced to a minimum even when tur-ning on the spot.

The ZAGRO E-MAxi is available with manual control unit or, as an option, radio remote control. The removable ma-nual control unit is plugged onto the drawbar and con-nected to the electric railcar mover via a 4 m long cable.The radio remote control unit is equipped with a shoul-der strap for comfortable carrying. its range is 400 m and its radio frequency is freely selectable.
