In the year 2015, IIHMR, Bangalore became the 1st educational Institute in India to be accrediated by NABET as Hospital and Healthcare consultant organization forNABH standards. Institute of Health Management Research, Bangalore was setup in 2004 to be part of rapid development in South India. The Institute has been involved in variousresearch, consultancy and training projects by experienced faculty and research staff. The flagship program-Post Graduate Diploma in Health and HospitalManagement (PGDHM) has a well harmonized curriculum based on long years of industry experience both in the Public and Private sector as well as inputs fromprofessionals. Most importantly, the experience and expertise garnered by the faculty from projects, directly translates into experiential sharing and teaching andfield level participation for our students. The students undergo6 (2+4) months Internship in the Hospitals and Health Institutions for getting hands on experience.
