1 Electronic OPS Manual Installation and Registration

The software is installed with the BK_OPS_Resources_Setup.exe file. Double-clicking on this will bring up the first screen. Click the “Next” button to continue.



Next, you must agree to the EULA (End User License Agreement). Click the “I accept the agreement” and click the “Next” button.

If you click the “I do not accept the agreement”, the software will not install.



You can accept the default installation location, or use the “Browse” button to install the software in a location of your choice.



The software will install the shortcuts in a Start Menu folder. You can accept the default name or change it to something of your choice. You can also elect not to create the start menu links, but you will then be responsible for creating those links your self.

Click the “Next” button to continue.



You can choose to create a desktop launching icon or not.



The last screen displays all of your choices for installing the software. Click “Install” to install the software to your computer. Or, you can click the “Back” button and make any necessary changes.

If you elected to create a desktop icon, you will then see this:



The first time you run the software you will need to select the manual language you wish to use and also register the software.

The first screen is the EULA. Click “agree to the terms” and then “Submit”. If you click “do not agree with the terms”, the software will exit and you will not be able to use it.



Your first step it select the manual language from the drop down list on the bottom left. Click the “Select” button to continue.



You are asked to confirm your select. Once made and installed, you cannot go back and change it!

Click “Yes – Ja – Si” to continue.



You are asked once again to confirm your choice. Remember, once made and installed, it cannot be changed.



After confirming your selection, the manual in the language you selected will be downloaded and installed on your system. This can take several minutes so just be patient.

When it’s complete, you will see this:



After the manual is installed, you are required to register your software. If the software is installed in a restaurant, select “Restaurant General Managers”. Everyone else must select “Above Restaurant Leaders and Corporate Users”.



Depending upon your choice you will see one of these prompts:



If you are registering this for a restaurant, select the restaurant number from the drop down on the left. When you do, the restaurant information will be displayed on the right.

If correct, click the “Select” button.

You will then see this:



If you clicked “Yes”, you will then see this :

If you are registering this as an individual, you will see this screen. Fill in the applicable fields and click the “Register” button. You cannot register the software unless all the required fields are completed.



After you click the “Register” button, you will see this:

If at any point you stop the registration process, you will see this prompt. Clicking “OK” will exit the software. The next time you run the software, you will be prompted for the registration process again.



After you have completed the registration process you will be taken to this screen. Your manual is now ready to be used.
