Elekta Care Learning Credits

Elekta Care Learning Credits (ECL Credits) are a global virtual currency used by customers to purchase Elekta courses, classes and on-site clinical training sessions.ECL Credits simplify the learning journey, and allow you the flexibility to adapt your learning journey as your needs evolve.*

ECL Credits offer customers the flexibility of being able to allocate the purchase of education and training across product lines with ease, and requires no contract amendments. (The exception is entitlement training—training which is included as part of the purchase of an Elekta product—which is not refundable or transferable, as it is deemed essential for utilizing Elekta technology in a safe and effective manner.)

Your ECL Credits expire after two years from the date of purchase for stand-alone training—or, upon acceptance if the ECL Credits are a benefit of your service agreement. We remind you of approaching expirations and make course recommendations as part of our annual customer training review.

There are three ways to obtain ECL Credits:

· With your Elekta product purchase · Within your Elekta Care service agreement · As a standalone purchase

* Travel expenses are managed regionally and cannot be purchased with ECL Credits
