Posters, flyers, and tickets were commercially printed in mass. The whole essence of the designs was to keep it gritty and raw, trying to relate back to the Hip Hop movement without being visually obvious. Furnich was used as the basis of all Elements designs, giving a nice blocky feel to reflect the night. The reverse side of the flyers is the face of the night, illustrated by Mitch Weaver, to give more of that old Hip Hop wise guy wordsmith feel to it.

Screen printed slipmatts for the actual night. The pattern is another element of the designs, made up of miniature vinyls layered above one another. The negative space creates a nice illusion when spinning on the decks and adds another personal touch to the night as a whole when a select few fans come to the gig.

The posters were distributed across Leeds. With over 60 poster drums in the city, the promotion is allowed to breath and target people who may be interested, on a larger scale. 50 posters are put up weekly, calculating to 150 prior to the event in total.

Social media is an integral part of the promotion too. With the interest gradually and gradually increasing, more and more people have began to become aware of the organisation, leading to a healthy build up happening towards the first event.
