Recruitment Process

Stringent registration process- Pre registration call- Face to face meeting (Essential) - Reference checking (temporary and permanent) - Qualification checking- In-depth screening – role specific

Match aspirations- It is crucial that the role we discuss with the candidate matches their career aspirations

regardless of the relevance for the recruiting business.

Detailed briefing prior to interview- Due to our in depth knowledge, background and previous experience of recruiting for

many local businesses we are able to provide a full and in-depth pre-interview briefing for each candidate selected for interview i.e. Company biog, map, job description and interviewers details.

Mediating offers and notice periods- We act as intermediaries handling negotiations and offers. We are effectively an extension

of your HR function and good service from us reflects on you and helps secure a successful outcome on offers.

Getting to know the business- We would like to spend time with your key hiring managers/HR to understand your culture

Full job details and discussion- In additional to a job description we would want to have a questions and answer session

with someone close enough to the role for us to really get under the skin of what is required and team fit etc

Candidate Feedback- At the point we recommend a candidate they are fired up and will be chasing for feedback,

so reasonable time frames and usable feedback would be key to delivering them the service they expect from us

Service Feedback- At the end of each process we would be keen to have a quick debrief on how you felt
