CORPORATE HISTORY

1948 Fujitec Co., Ltd is founded by late Honorary Chairman, Mr. Shotaro Uchiyama for the purpose of research and development, manufacturing, sales, installation and maintenance of elevators.

1968 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. is established.

1978 A microcomputer control system elevator is developed.

1982 An elevator group supervisory control system with a learning function, is developed.

1988 Elevator group supervisory control system using a fuzzy computer, is developed for the � rst time in the world.

1995 A manufacturing plant of Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. is relocated to Namdong Industrial Complex, Incheon city.

1998 ISO 9001 certi� cation is obtained [KSA QMS-0474].

2000 Exceldyne Series "XiVF21 VVVF" Elevator is developed, Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. is the � rst in the � eld to develop MRL elevator "FUSION DRIVE".

2003 ISO 14001 certi� cation is obtained [KSA EMS-0516].

2006 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. is the � rst in the � eld to add A FALT SILL "Fall Prevention System"(the Financial Supervisory Service tower). 10million US dollars Export monument is achieved.

2007 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. obtain "K-mart certi� cate" of MRL-type Elevator by Korea Testing Laboratory [PK0901-0601]. Seismic functions that further enhance the safety of elevators during an earthquake are developed.

2008 60th establishment anniversary [FUJITEC JAPAN] 40th establishment anniversary [FUJITEC KOREA]

2009 Anti-quake elevator functions for super high-rise buildings are developed.

2010 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. obtain "Certi� cate of Excellent Service Quality" by Ministry of Knowledge Economy [10-118]. New-generation elevator group supervisory control systems are developed and launched worldwide simultaneously.

2012 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. award "20million US dollars Export monument" by Trading date - President's Award.

2013 Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. obtain "Excellent company for a customer service quality". Fujitec Korea Co., Ltd. obtained a certi� cation for a Dustproof Device of Elevator. A Incheon plant of FUJITEC KOREA CO., LTD. is renovated.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

Operating SystemSelective Collective Automatic OperationA number of Up & Down hall calls and car calls can be uniformly registered. The elevator runs its travel responding to calls registered in a single travel direction.

Service FeaturesAuto BypassWhen an elevator is loaded close to capacity, it will bypass hall calls. The registered hall calls will be assigned to other elevators.

Automatic Door Dwell Time ControlA microcomputer automatically improves operation efficiency by adjusting the "door open dwell time" depending on the number of hall and car calls registered.

Behind Car Call CancellationCar calls for a floors opposite on the direction in which the car is running will not be registered to prevent nuisance attempts.

Automatic Return to Main floorIf car calls are not registered, the elevator will return to a preset main floor to stand by.

Anti-Nuisance If an extraordinary number of car calls is registered to an in-car load, all registered car calls will be cancelled automatically.

Car call CancellationA passenger accidentally calling the wrong floor may press the incorrect destination twice. Then the car will be cancelled.

Automatic Fan and Light OffThe ventilating fan and lights automatically shut off during off-peak operating hours, resulting in energy savings.

Latest VVVF Door OperatorThe door operator uses the latest AC-Inverter technology, specifically developed for stable operation while saving space.

Safety FeaturesSafety Door ReturnIf foreign material, such as trash or dropped items, is detected between the door and sill, door operation will be reversed.The doors will repeatedly open and close to try to remove the obstruction.

Open Door WarningIf a passenger tries to forcibly open the elevator doors while the car is running, a warning buzzer sounds.

Auto Rescue OperationIf the elevator stops between floors, the elevator confirms the safety circuit and then automatically moves slowly to the nearest landing and opens the doors.

Door Open Failure Rescue OperationIf an elevator arrives at a landing and cannot open the doors for some reason, the elevator will proceed to the next landing and open those doors.

Overload DetectionIf a car is loaded beyond its rated capacity, the elevator will not start but a buzzer will sound while the doors remain open.

IntercomAn intercom is installed in each car enabling communication with the emergency operation panel at the top floor landing, the security room, and other places (optional) during an emergency or elevator maintenance.

Multiple-Beam Door SensorInfra-red beams are run in a curtain along the full opening height of each door. If any of the beams is interrupted, the closing doors will stop and re-open.

Governor Remote ResetThe governor can be reset at the emergency operation panel installed at the top floor landing by means of a button.

Emergency Light(Automatic charging and discharging)If a power failure cuts the power to the car lights, an emergency light in the car is lit immediately for passenger's safety.

Emergency Electrical OperationTrained personnel may perform emergency electrical operation from an emergency operation panel installed at the top floor landing to facilitate powered recue of the car occupants following an elevator breakdown.

Operating SystemFLEX-NX100The FLEX-NX100 system provides effective multiple elevator operations, When a hall call is registered, the system selects the elevator that can respond to the call in the shortest amount of time.

FLEX-NX201The FLEX-NX201 system provides effective group control utilizing a fuzzy logic computer with a group supervisory control expert.Average waiting time and the probability of await of over one minute at landings are reduced by the system. At the same time, it enhances the accuracy of advance notice of car arrival.

Independent OperationA specified car may be separated from the group and operated in isolation responding only to car calls. Operation is selected with an external switch.

Safety FeaturesSeismic OperationIn the event of an earthquake, a seismic sensor will detect seismic waves and put the elevator into emergency operation sending it to the nearest landing.

Battery Powered Automatic Landing Operation(LANDIC)There is no need to worry that passengers could be trapped in the car if it should stop between floors due to an unexpected power failure. With LANDIC, a compact battery powered control system operation the car to the nearest landing.

Standby Power OperationIf a power failure occurs, the elevators will automatically travel to an escape floor using standby power and remain there on standby.

Fire OperationIn the event of a fire, the elevator is automatically sent non-stop to an escape floor and then shuts down operation.

Security FeaturesTimer Controlled Floor LockoutFor security purposes or other reasons, the elevator service to designated floors can be automatically regulated by timer controlled scheduling and thereby limit access by the car using floor code numbers.

VIP OperationOne of the group-controlled elevators is assigned to serve certain pre-selected floors.

Service FeaturesVONIC (Automatic Announcement System)Using a synthesized voice, an automatic announcement system informs passengers of the car direction, floor arrival, door opening and closing actions, emergency instructions, etc(English, Korean).

BGM SpeakerA speaker for BGM or public announcements can be installed in the car.

Car Arrival ChimeA light electronic chime will sound on the arrival of the car.

Immediate Announcement of the Serving CarAt the press of a hall button, a hall lantern and chime will immediately notify people waiting at the landing of which car will serve the call.

Hall LanternA hall lantern is used to announce the car arrival mainly for the group supervisory control system.

Door nudgingIf the doors are held open beyond a preset period of time, the doors will slowly start closing while sounding a warning buzzer.

Parking OperationA parking switch may be used to put the elevator out of service during nights and holidays.

Timer Controlled Parking OperationElevators can automatically be put temporarily out of service on a preset time schedule.

WTB (Supervisory Panel)The WTB is an elevator supervisory panel that may be used to monitor elevator operation status and control emergency operation from the control room of the building.

ELVIC (Elevator Visual Communication System)ELVIC provides a convenient, dependable and extremely flexible means for communicating with elevators and group control computers for FLEX-NX100 and FLEX-NX201. Communication consists of realtime monitoring of the status of the elevator system and command capabilities to facilitate operation flexibility.

Every Floor Stopping OperationWhen a car call is registered, the elevator stops at each floor and opens and closes the door until it reaches the target floor.
