All ELGi rotary screw airends feature its energy saving eta-V rotor profile that aredesigned to ensure maximum energy efficiency. Every ELGi screw compressor hencequickly pays for itself through significant savings in energy costs.

Industrial grade steel and powder coated canopy comes as a standard fit for maximum corrosionprotection and durability. Its unique cool-box design allows cool air to enter the rear of thecompressor (in closed door operation) and wash over internal components, keeping internaltemperature low and prolonging component life.

ELGi trolley compressors are designed to be stable even onbad roads. Equipped with over run brakes, the compressorensures safe towing. Parking brakes are provided as standardfeature in all models to ensure safe parking.

Aluminium oil coolers are used for better heat dissipation even in acompact construction.

The filtration system in two-stages prevents dust fromentering the compressor and the engine. The compressor ishence ideal for operations in dusty conditions.

The quick and easy access to the routine maintenance componentsallows drastic reduction in service time. Elements like air filters andvalves can easily be reached through service doors . The service doorswith cam lock/swing door arrangement enable the operator to performmaintenance with ease and less operator fatigue.

ELGis electric trolley compressor has set a new standard in portable compressor performance. Theelectric powered units are ideal where electricity is available, and in work environments where quietand emission-free conditions are required. The compressor is equipped with an electric system,powered by a three-phase TEFC squirrel cage motor with 'F' class insulation. All models have easyaccess for operation and routine maintenance as standard with user-friendly control panels. Thesecompact units suit not only standard pressure applications such as powering breakers and tools in

marble, granite and blue metal quarries, but also more specialized uses including sand blasting,pigging, drilling, optical fibre blowing etc.
