h We, Elite Piping Manufacture Co., Ltd is one of the biggest and most professional manufacturer for flanges. Also we have our JV fittings manufacturer. In 2009, we also started to be big stockiestfor pipes. MANUFACTRUER: Our flange manufacturer located in Bazhou City,Hebei Province. The factory covers an area of 62,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 200 million yuan, has strong technical force and well-equipped production facilities. Currently employs 280 workers, 16 senior mechanical engineer, 12 engineer worker and 16 technicians, 28 technical staff. With mechanical processing equipment 128 sets, can implement according to American Standard (ASME, API), German standard and European standard (DIN, EN), Japanese Standard UIS), Russian GOST , and non-standardized with technical drawings. Up till now, we have achieved 1509001 &API 6A certification , PetroChina's HSE Management System Certification (HSE),EU PED 4.3, the Russian GOST - R, People's Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license (pressure piping components), People's Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license (pressure vessels).Approved quality suppliers for ABB, CAMERON, etc .

STOCKIEST: In 2009, we established our own stockiest in Tianjin, which is close to Tianjin Seaport.We put around 3000tons stock quantity to fulfill clients' urgent delivery time demand,and the stockstructure is: 54% carbon seamless steel pipe. (Mainly in ASTM A 1 06 1 API SL GR.B 1 / 2"-24") 16% alloy seamless steel pipe (Mainly in ASTM A335 P22 P11 P9 P91 I A333 Gr. 6 ... ) 19% in Welded steel pipe (API SLGR B, X42, X52, X46 X60, ASTM A53 Gr. B) 11 % in Casing & Tubing, Drill collar (API 7, API SD, API SCT .. . ) We always adhere to the principle of "Quality First, Credibility On-top.'With advanced equipments and strong contingent of technician, we have exported fittings and flanges to more than 25 countries successfully .Such as North America, Europe, South Asia, and enjoying high reputation in the world. We can also manufacture according to customers' special designs and requirements . The materials we adopt are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and special steel.
