Horizontal streamlined texture accentuates the curve

punctuates the building façades and marks the building site limit
- creating a soft & human transition with the Parc Gaucheret.

and organic shapes cutouts.
An ideal quality of life thanks to the interior garden (level -1)
providing natural light in the heart of the project.
Dense and architectural varied green spaces.
Islands of integrated greenery and mineral elements.
The entrance hall is immediately eye-catching thanks
to its curved glass design and the flood of natural light.
An invitation to discover the building and the internal gardens.
The architectural feature federates three complex built volumes.
Singular and remarkable design of the entrance hall
mixing high tech materials - stainless steel - and natural materials
- walnut wood, grey and black granit - natural and artificial lights effects.
Ideal concept with offices
alongside the glazing façade.
Greater flexibility
and efficient space sharing.
Each occupant benefits
from as much natural light
as possible and a direct view
on the interior garden.
Highest quality standards
including raised floors
and chilled ceilings.
Effective acoustic - metallic
perforated ceilings.
Climate control designed
for extra comfort and hygiene
and economy.
Specific areas - such as restaurant, conference, rooms,
