The latest evolution in the authentic Levantine dining experience that began in Ashrafieh in 2011 and continued in Zaytounay Bay in 2018 Em Sherif Sea Café is where the best of yesterday and today combine, deliciously.

Crisp and contemporary, the elegant, airy café is a visual and culinary homage to Lebanon’s historic ties to the Mediterranean world both through the theme of its delicately hand-painted Portuguese Azulejo wall tiles, and varied menu of main and mezze-style o�erings, focussed around fresh fish and seafood dishes. From à la carte dining, to co�ee, shisha and late-night bites, Sea Café is as much a place to socialise, as it is to eat.

a. What We O�er

• Location preliminary survey (2 days visit). • Interior decoration guidelines and detailed layout requirements• Site visits and works follow up (1 day every 2 weeks). • Transfer of know-how, franchise manual, technical sheets...• Key employees (chef, sous-chef and manager) hiring and training for (3 ,2 weeks in our restaurants in Beirut) in addition to 8 other key positions.• Local employees training (3 ,2 Months in the designated territory and Lebanon by our F&B managers). • Suppliers sourcing and ingredients quality selection...• Grand opening preparation and assistance...• Monthly visits for assistance and quality survey (2 days/month for 1 year).• Recruitment and training of the management team (9 to 10 people).

b. What You Should Provide

• A very prime location for the intended restaurant in the requested city within the desired territory.• The complete building, furniture and equipment of each location according to our concept guidelines• Hiring of qualified staff as per our requirements• Salaries of hired key employees during their training in Beirut• Airline tickets and lodging of our delegates for their visits to your restaurant.

c. Franchise terms & fees:

Basically the fees will be as follow:• Primary fee: 800,000 USD as a franchise fee for one outlet• Royalty fees: 6.0% on gross sales • 1.0% marketing fund contribution thereafter

The Franchise fee is for 10 years renewable.

Franchise fees are paid as follows:50% on contract signature20% on location approval20% on delivery of Franchise Manuals and Training manuals10% within 20 days from opening

Royalty fees are paid monthly.
