information about this process.

2020 Planning

Planning has commenced for classes

in 2020. It is essential that the school

is informed if students are not

returning in 2020. Conversely, if

parents are aware of potential new

enrolments, that the school is also

notified.

P&C Update Obstacle Fun Challenge - Friday, 22nd November

Infants 11.30am Primary 1.30pm

Spectators Welcome

The P&C Obstacle Fun Challenge is fast approaching

and we are looking for volunteers to help out.

Do you like bright colours ?

Can you use a hammer ?

Can you move tyres ?

Can you help set up ?

Can you help pack away ?

Do you have an hour or two to spare on Friday 22nd

November?

If so, we would love to hear from you !!

Help is needed from

8.30am till 11am to help set up

11am - 1pm - For the Infants Session

1.15pm - 3.15pm - For the Primary Session.

From 3.15 to help pull down and pack away.

If you can help, please send us a message via the P&C

Facebook page or email us at

[email protected].

We are also looking for

donations of brightly

coloured paint or spray

cans to paint the

obstacles. Please check

your sheds and garages

for any leftovers you

would be happy to donate.

Paint can be dropped down to the canteen. Thank you!

Uniform Shop

Open Wednesday 2.30pm to 3.30pm

The uniform shop is restocked with the new microfibre

hats in all sizes. These hats are fantastic! They have a

broad brim which provides good sun protection on hot

sunny days (which seems to be every day at the

moment!) but can also be crushed in a school bag,

washed and still keep their shape. You can drop in and

see us in the school residence on the corner of Perry

and Denison Streets on Wednesdays or order online

from www.mudgeepublicpandc.com.au and your order

will be delivered to your child’s classroom every

Wednesday.

Canteen

It was a lot of fun in the canteen last week with the

canteen looking spooktacular for Halloween!

Volunteer update:

Angus's dad, Ian, from

2C did a fabulous job

cooking pikelets in the

canteen last week.

Thank you to Ian and

all our regular canteen

volunteers who help

the canteen run each

week.

This week it's 2W's

turn to help. No

cooking skills are

required and you can

name your day and

hours. Even just one hour is a great help. It's a fun

day and children love seeing someone they know in

the canteen. If you can help out, please send Tracey a

text on 0418 452 278 or simply drop down to the

canteen.

Using a Teddy Bear or a

Baby Doll can be a very

effective way for a person

with Alzheimer's or any kind

of dementia to decrease

stress and agitation.

A caregiver can use doll therapy

for dementia patients as a way to

put responsibility, caring and

structure back into the lives of

those afflicted with Alzheimer's.

If you have any unwanted dolls, with

or without clothing, we would love you

to drop them at the Office so we can

pass them onto those who are

assisting in this fabulous program.
