Girls Touch team
Well done to our Touch team, who
played two hard touch games in
Parramatta yesterday. They played
very well but were unsuccessful in
moving forwards in the competition.
They still can proudly say they are in
the top 8 of the state. Congratulations
to the team and coaches Mrs Neil &
Mrs George on a fantastic effort.

From 3.15 to help pull down and pack away.

We are also looking for
donations of brightly

Paint can be dropped down to the canteen. Thank you!
Uniform Shop
Open Wednesday 2.30pm to 3.30pm
The uniform shop is restocked with the new microfibre
hats in all sizes. These hats are fantastic! They have a
broad brim which provides good sun protection on hot
sunny days (which seems to be every day at the
moment!) but can also be crushed in a school bag,
washed and still keep their shape. You can drop in and
see us in the school residence on the corner of Perry
and Denison Streets on Wednesdays or order online
from www.mudgeepublicpandc.com.au and your order
will be delivered to your child’s classroom every
Wednesday.
Canteen
It was a lot of fun in the canteen last week with the
canteen looking spooktacular for Halloween!
Volunteer update:
Angus's dad, Ian, from
2C did a fabulous job
cooking pikelets in the
canteen last week.
Thank you to Ian and
all our regular canteen
volunteers who help
the canteen run each
week.
This week it's 2W's
turn to help. No
cooking skills are
required and you can
name your day and
hours. Even just one hour is a great help. It's a fun
day and children love seeing someone they know in
the canteen. If you can help out, please send Tracey a
text on 0418 452 278 or simply drop down to the
canteen.

Using a Teddy Bear or a
Baby Doll can be a very
effective way for a person
with Alzheimer's or any kind
of dementia to decrease
stress and agitation.
A caregiver can use doll therapy
for dementia patients as a way to
put responsibility, caring and
structure back into the lives of
those afflicted with Alzheimer's.
If you have any unwanted dolls, with
or without clothing, we would love you
to drop them at the Office so we can
pass them onto those who are
assisting in this fabulous program.
